Establish New Service

For your convenience you may apply for new service at our website by clicking Web Form. A company representative will then contact you to confirm the application. You may also stop by our office at 4090 Canyon de Flores Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. We have an Application (Billing Agreement) that is required before any service agreement is established. A 24 hour notice is required when Establishing New Service.


A security deposit is required when applying for service online.  During phone call for application confirmation, customer service will require the applicant’s Social Security Number.

Deposits:

A $50.00 security deposit is required. The security deposit will be refunded to your account with 6% interest after 12 consecutive months of service with no more than one late payment.


However, if you meet one of the following criteria, the security deposit may be applied to your account.  (Please contact us for further information):

1.

You have an established good credit history with Pueblo del Sol Water Company, with a year or more of service with no delinquent payments for 12 consecutive months.

2.
You have a current letter of guarantee from another utility, with whom you had a year or more of service with no delinquent payments for 12 consecutive months.
You may be required to pay a security deposit at a later date, if you have developed an unsatisfactory credit history with Pueblo del Sol Water Company or if your service has been shut-off for non-payment on a delinquent account or a payment agreement.

A $25.00 non-refundable establishment fee is also required when applying for service.

To change the date on any existing requests for service, you must contact our office by telephone at least one business day in advance.
