Out of the neighborhood
If you are moving out of our water district, please call us at (520) 458-3742. We have a minimum of one-day notice to discontinue service.
If you paid a security deposit and it has not been refunded, the deposit plus interest will be credited to your final bill. If there is a remaining balance, it will be mailed to you at your new address. Please remember to provide us with a forwarding address.
Different location within the neighborhood
Please stop by our office at 4090 Canyon de Flores. We have an application that is required before any service agreement is established. A deposit may also be required when you apply for service.
The $50.00 security deposit may be waived, depending on your past payment history with Pueblo del Sol Water Company. A $25.00 establishment fee will apply and is payable upon applying for service.
Work orders for water disconnections from your old address are completed between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
You do not need to be present when the water meter is turned off.
